Send Eddy your plans. It scans every sheet, measures the takeoff, chases supplier prices and builds a quote you can send.

Pricing eats your evenings.
Your nights and weekends
Every quote is another night at the kitchen table with a scale ruler and a spreadsheet, after a full day on site.
Margin you never see go
One missed window or one wrong slab thickness, and the profit leaves before the job starts.
Jobs lost while you wait
Clients go with whoever answers first. A week waiting on supplier prices hands them to someone else.
Eddy does the pricing, so you quote more of the work you want and keep the margin you priced.

No reply by the deadline? Eddy chases again, then uses your last price and marks it.
Most tools stop at the takeoff.
Takeoff software measures the plans, then hands the rest back to you. Eddy does the whole job a good estimator does, on its own, right through to a quote you can send.

Fair questions.
What do I send Eddy?
Your plans and specs as PDFs. Eddy reads every sheet, schedule and addendum, and tells you if anything's missing.
Whose rates does it use?
Yours, with your margins. Supplier prices come from your suppliers: Eddy sends the requests and chases the replies.
Who sends the quote?
You do. Eddy builds it and shows you what it priced and why. Nothing goes to a client without you.
What does it cost?
It's priced per company, not per seat. We're setting the price with our pilot builders before launch.
What does it work with?
Plans and specs as PDFs, your rate sheet, and your suppliers by email. You get back a quote you can send. If you run Rory, the job is shared.
Where does my data live?
On servers in Sydney, Australia. Your plans, prices and records stay yours, and only your company can see them.
When can I start?
Eddy is in early pilot now. Join the waitlist and Kosta will be in touch about a spot.
Why I'm building Eddy.
I sat down with builders around Adelaide to see where their week goes, and quoting came up every time. One estimator I spoke to writes around 60 quotes a month and wins about a third. That's 40 quotes a month of measuring, ringing suppliers and chasing answers for work that never comes. When a quote does win, whatever got guessed or missed lands on the site team.
The software out there measures the plans and stops. The RFIs, the price requests and the checking are still on you. I'm building Eddy to do the whole job a good estimator does, on your rates, so your hours go into the quotes you win. We're building it in Adelaide with the builders in our pilot, and I read every waitlist reply myself.
Get your evenings back.
Be one of the first builders on Eddy. We're starting with a few at a time.
- Run Eddy on a real job, alongside how you price today.
- Pilot builders decide what we build next.
- One price per company, not per seat. Pilot builders help set it.

Eddy's folk.
Eddy works on its own. Bring in the rest of the folk and one job passes from tender to paid without you retyping it.
